If that is true then Mike gave away the farm for nothing.
When IPM was operating they also extracted metals but they could never scale up to commercial, that has been going on for years but JL was suppose to be commercial, if they are not then we have just been defrauded again.
I guess we will just have to wait a while , say 30 days and if JL has not announced a signed contract with a refinery by then i guess what you are saying is the truth.

If JL is a fraud do you think there is any chance we will see a commercial extraction in any of the DD's in the next five years. I know Maxam says that their extraction process works and Dale said that the funding is much closer now so maybe Mxam will be the first if they do get the funding, but you know what they say, ( you don't have it until it is in the bank ).
