Access TradeOne.com Files Form 10 with Securities and Exchange Commission
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 1999--Access TradeOne.com (OTC BB:GMKT) Friday announced that it has
filed its Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission as of Nov. 2, 1999.

The company will trade on the Electronic Pink Sheets under the symbol ''GMKT'' until such time as all comment letters are
answered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Upon completion of all comments from the SEC, the company will
be allowed to return to the OTC Bulletin Board or apply to a regional exchange if the individual exchange requirements are
met.

''We will continue to follow our business plan and build this company accordingly,'' stated Joseph L. Pittera, chairman. ''Our
Web site is progressing well. We know where we are going with Access TradeOne.com, we have a plan and we are sticking
to it.''

The company is currently in the process of completing its third-quarter financial statement, which will be available to
shareholders on or about Nov. 15.

Pittera further stated that the acquisition of partial ownership of the Palm Springs Television Studio and additional shares in
Triangle MultiMedia Ltd. had slowed down the filing process of the Form 10 with the SEC.

The company's Web site can be seen at www.accesstradeone.com.

This news release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as
amended, and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which are intended to be covered by the Safe Harbors
