Telecom Svcs company CONV trying to break 13 and hold. $13 has been a tough barrier today, but looks good to me from here. I bought on breakout from 10 1/2. If it breaks 13, I expect it to really open up. (It had gapped this morning above 13, but quickly settled downward). KT
