Paunch, <<JL was suppose to be commercial, if they are not then we have just been defrauded again.>> I had heard it said many times that J/L wanted the same type of deal (that they eventually appear to have received from Mike) from Naxos. I heard it further said that when Naxos wanted definitive proof like COC certified results, J/L walked away. Obviously I will never know if that is true, but that is why larry and I were so concerned when we heard that Mike was accepting bench tests in his garage as proof. I hope this all ends up well for you guys, despite how looks right now. Mark
