Harold,

You previously suggested a connection between SB and Tavelers. Does Travelers own SB or am I missing something? If they do own SB, it would explain why $1/share is a heavy resistance level. They are obviously holding PRLN at that level to prevent it from getting delisted. The only reason they would be doing that is because they fully expect a recovery in stock price soon.

As for Babish et al, unfortunately, scientists do tend to be egomaniacs. So, it wouldn't surprise me if babish selling was the final act of defiance on his part. Also, I would think he'd need the money anyway until he got something else lined up. I know many, like Rick D., feel they can't proceed without him. However, as I pointed out before, the most difficult part, the fundamental science behind their screening technology, has been done. I strongly disagree with the notion that no other scientist could fill his shoes at this point. Babish had other scientists working with him who were undoubtedly big contributers to their success as well. Being highly successful in science is not always as much a question of brilliance as it is a strong commitment, hard work, and a little serendipity. This is what I mean by scientists being overly egotistic. In science, it is not so much a question of "Can I think of something nobody else would ever think of?" but "Can I get the work done before my closest competitor does?". It's a race, that's all. In biology at least, it is rare to find anyone working on a concept that hasn't been thought of by numerous other scientists. It's just a question of who thought of it first and got the head start.
