Web of Care.com Inc., a U.S.-based company, has purchased the Dr. Bean
e-Customer Relationship Management Technology (e-CRMT) for its Web site
customer service needs. Dr. Bean has been installed on its site and is now
operating live at webofcare.com. Web of Care is the first on-line resource,
dedicated to the needs of home caregivers. Its innovative Web site provides
support for the special needs of the many caregivers coping with a variety
medical and health conditions on a daily basis. Web of Care draws on top
medical professionals, to maintain accurate up-to-date site content for its
customers.
Owen Jones, chief executive officer for Sideware, stated, "Web of Care has
demonstrated the foresight and initiative to provide a very unique solution
for a very real and growing need throughout the country." Mr. Jones added,
