You should see Dick Whittington's (Bank Of America) analysis of AMD ! He has included AMD's sale of VANTIS in his revenue stream (as a non-recurring event) and has AMD down for a 74 cent GAIN in Q2 of this year ! Further, Whittington has bundled the "potential" sale of AMD's Communications division as OPERATING TOP LINE REVENUE (~ $280 MILLION - Estimated) for this quarter ! By the way - Whittington has used his accounting gimmicks to arrive at a STRONG BUY for the AMDog ! Talk about analysts and their vaguaries ! Paul
