I enjoyed readind your Part I and looking for Part II and III. I would like to ask you a few questions. I am a scientist in biotechnology and long term investor in Wind and does not know very much about electronic. My questions are more common sense.

1)Embedded system does not need a GUI: Can Windows CE be used in an embedded system enviromment without GUI system (In other word can Windows CE compete with real time embedded system by not including the GUI system)

2)Are others automobile companies such as Ford,Chrysler, Toyota developed
embedded system for their engine and transmission

3) What are the benefit of having embedded sytem in a transmission and engine system.

4) Any potential license of GM embedded system for other car manufacturer in the future (in other way do you see WIND will be a dominant in the automobile area)
