Richard asks about Nokia. The PR stated "Capitel is a state-owned company run under the Chinese Ministry of Information Industries. Capitel's main product lines include mobile network base stations;
mobile phone handsets and mobile power supply technology. The company is also a joint-venture partner of Alcatel, Ericsson and Nokia in Beijing Alcatel Transmitting Co. Ltd, Beijing Nokia Mobile Communication Co. Ltd and Beijing Ericsson Mobile Co.Ltd., respectively. "

IMHO it means that Capitel (owned by govt) has existing JV with Nokia for cell phones. What would happen if Capitel told Nokia they wanted more phones but would prefer the Zi8 on them. IMHO I believe that if such was requested Nokia would comply - money sales speak. Time will tell if this materializes. I also believe that this PR demonstrates the beginning of the implementation of the JV Zi has with the Ministry.
Hope this answers your question.
