Today was the worst ever in my online trading experience and probably cost me a $1000 on a NTBK trade, which I liquidated once I got them on the phone, fearing more inability to contact them. And it took about 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. Datek has three URL's. One of them has always been available since I've been using them in August. And trades are a LOT cheaper @ Datek.
