cAPSLOCK, i think tolley wants the portfolio managers as well as other stock buyers to buy his stock and keep it in their portfolio for future growth. Tolley is hoping for the future. what they need because it is a very affordable internet stock and they hope to be up there with ebay amazon, more, etc. they have to get more stores online in there cyber mall as well as more products, that is what i was calling tolley about but it fell on deaf ears. once they get the products up along with other services that will bring them into another category for investors to start looking at this company seriously.... i could help because of my background in the telecommunications field as well as marketing and sales.... so i think we just have to wait and see. truthfully in my eyes i would purchase again in the 1.5 to 2.5 cent level and do a long term hold with half and trade the other half actively. until the stock starts to sure up and hold a good level above .25 or .50... then with the correct news and strategy 1 - 2 bucks would be easy to get to an possibly maintain.... rick
