Kudos to Hampton Pearson for pointing out that the next decision in the MSFT antitrust case will be a Finding of Fact and not any remedy should there ever happen to be any.

All day CNBC has been hyping an end of day story about this with questions including whether MSFT might be broken up. This question will not arise in the Finding of Fact and CNBC should and probably does know better. But more important to CNBC than accuracy is getting people to tune in.
