Greetings.

I appreciate your informed comments very much. You have
the better of me in your contacts and knowledge of investing.

I have a good-sized holding in Stressgen, acquired in early 97
after a lengthy search. My criteria were a) 10-bagger potential,
and b) a company "story" which has intelligent appeal. My plan
is to sit on the shares for 2 - 5 years.

Stressgen played up the "memorandum of understanding" concerning
Genzyme with a press release. I surf to genzyme.com ,
and I see nothing about it in their press releases. Why not?

I can understand Stressgen going down on the press release about
Genzyme when Bre-X crashed and people realized Genzyme is not
a Giga-player in the pharmaceutical world. But on the press
release about pre-clinical gene therapy success, it went down
ANOTHER 40 or 50 cents. This does not make sense to me.

Do you have any sense of how the Stressgen US patent is going?
I assume this is crucial.
