Hi Lynn, Yes, now you know why I said we are on a Time train not a Price train. Price is not the consideration here, it is to buy and beat the split date. After that the Analyst will all begin to ponder what this baby is really worth and that is when we board the Price train. When a House comes out and upgrades twice in one week to the degree that they have, it is quite obvious that no one really knows what it is worth, well when they get through putting their pencils to it, we leave the station on the Price Train.
