Exactly... Corel and NN are not the reason Ottawa is high-tech boomtown... It's because of Nortel and it's research facility... and the amount of universities arond here too. The same thing would probably have happened to JDS if it had not become a US company, through Uniphase. We are pretty good entrepreneurs in Canada but we KILL our companies once they reach a certain size due to management incompetence ( and a less aggressive killer instinct) Mitel... Gandalf... Corel.... and now NewCrap ... huh.. Newbridge.. I hate these 2 bozos and their stupid companies.. I lost a fortune with Corel and got out about even with Newbridge. My friend had 3000 shares of this company and sold when I advised him too.. He's relieved now... Take care Jean
