Th, Based on my small calcs...the drop in HLIT makes it a much lower deal than $1.7B at this point...and right now the semi side is trading at $13-14 (14+ right now) equivilatnt when you factor that in due to the HLIT drop in price from the bogus 65 where they started... fWIW...
