Hi David,
I've been looking for the same thing for an employee of mine who doesn't have enough bucks in her IRA to do the Dow 5 because of high commissions. What I came up with is

Target 5 trust and Target 10 trust. This is available from Waterhouse and I assume other brokers as well.
Once someone has over $5000 accumulated they can do better with a discount broker, but up to that point these trusts are the way to go
