Hillary Clinton to Hold Reception for New York Yankees NEW YORK, NY - Rather than have the New York Yankees visit the White House, Hillary Clinton has announced that she would like to have a private reception with the team. Said Hillary, "I would like to have the opportunity to personally congratulate my favorite baseball team for their incredible World Series performance. This Thursday I plan to meet with the Yankees at the Umpire State Building. As every one is aware, the Umpire State Building is both an important New York City icon and home of the Baseball Hall of Fame. I can think of no better place to meet with the team of the decade." The Yankees Organization has expressed gratitude to the First Lady for the invitation but has asked for specific directions on how to get to the 'Umpire State Building'.
