Reduced OPEC compliance is what I suspect is coming. There's been too much OPEC talk about necessity of members sticking to quotas. Also IMHO, majors will increase spending in 2000, but at a level significantly less than the hoped for 15%. Having said all of that, I am BUYING. Averaging down in RIG at 25.25, and other orders in. Just closed the sale of a commercial property this am. Got home to see a screen full of red. Must admit, initial reaction was a little fear. But now wish that $ wired to broker this am was there already. "In the long term, we'll all be dead", let's all make some $ before then. >>Live long and prosper. Winkman
