..and I'm waiting to see the structure of the Petey Foler (now A/F and The Donner Party) deal. I think it will be stock at a price of $1 1/8, but they'll give them an IOU, because Hitts doesn't have enough shares authorized. They'll promise to pay when the shares are authorized. Then Wilcher will get ticked off cause Dorian promised he wouldn't issue shares at less than $20 for 1 year. So, Wilcher will become a "godless basher" and send letters to everyone at SI, using Aden stamps as postage....... oops. I really need some fresh air.... Good weekend all.
