WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 — The judge in the historic antitrust trial of software giant Microsoft Corp. will release key findings in the case at 6:30 p.m. ET today, the U.S. District Court said. Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson's “findings of fact” on the case will outline what facts he believes have most bearing on the case as presented during 76 days of trial, which started on Oct. 19 of last year.
