It's particularly problematic -- as many others have pointed out to this poster -- when he regularly uses defamatory terms like "stock fraud" against reporting companies. That can give rise to a libel judgment, if he isn't careful -- and if anything is clear about this guy, it's that he isn't very careful with what he says, or how he says it.
