tejek, I GOOFED its actually 62% Athlon penetration
in the "screwdriver shop" market.

I goofed by counting one store with four locations only once
in the Athlon list.
Here's the correct numbers and comparison to two weeks ago:

Total # locations in San Diego County: 11/5: 34, 10/22:32

PIII systems 32 100% 34 100%
PIII-600 systems 16 50% 27 79%
Celeron systems 29 91% 24 71%
Celeron 500 systems 10 31% 18 53%
K6-2 systems 26 81% 28 82%
K6-3 systems 20 62% 23 68%
All Athlon systems 16 50% 21 62%
Athlon 650 MHz 6 19% 12 35%
Athlon 700 MHz 0 7 21%

So, Athlon penetration increased from 50% to 62% in
two weeks, while at the same time Celeron systems went DOWN
by 20% while their AMD competition K6x went UP.
