Bill, you are way offbase. What was ruled by the Judge was that Microsoft is a monopoly. Simply being a monopoly is not a crime. There was NO RULING as to whether or not MS used that monopoly position in violation of anti-trust law. NO RULING OF GUILT (at least at this stage).
