Hi Ray,

I concur about cable. Shaw@HOME has been wonderful to me and it seems to most of their other customers. They were singled out by @HOME as being remarkable in their install and service. From what i've heard from my American friends, cable co's in the US have a far worse reputation than in Canada. Perhaps the reputation will have to be fixed.
