Just heard on TV that Judge Penfield Jackson holds Microsoft a Monopoly. Great news for AAPL since they are a part of the suit brought on by the DOJ against MSFT. Sunw and Netscape will benefit from this finding also. Not a good day for Gates. Obviously, MSFT will appeal or settle before the final Judgement in about 3 to 4 months. v
