KM - Was this unexpected by anyone? The real story is what the judge orders as a remedy. Did anyone really think this finding would be anything other than what it is? 1. Looking back at some of our posters here I am afraid theat the answer must be that no we didn't expect this result. 2. You are quite right it all really depends on th remedy. The problem here is that if that odious creep Klein is happy then I fear it does not bode well for MSFT since I just can't help feeling that Klein has a good idea of just what the rememdy might be. Thats presumably why he is so happpy. Hope I'm wrong. When is the rememdy announced? Best regards, L
