X, could well be...remember the tons of calls on MSFT that were bought today? apparently this was not based on a leak after all, in which case the normal reaction would be a strong downdraft in MSFT. it will be interesting what the market makes of this ruling...bet you the spin machine will be running full tilt before trading begins on Monday. regards, hb
