The tone of the statement is clearly disturbing. Microsoft will of course contest everything. Klein is saying this is a great victory for the American consumer; I doubt it. It is a defeat for the American investor. This will give the tech stocks a cold shower on Monday morning and now that MSFT is a Dow component, ditto for that index. I am looking for the low 80's or high 70's then some serious buying should emerge. Gates has called a press conference that will begin at 7:30 EST. IMO this could trigger a mini correction next week.
