KM - Agreed. But the stock is very likely to be considerd dead money for a period of years while rememdies and class actions get on line to take a piece of MSFT. That being the case I'd be very surprised to see any analyst not downgrading on Monday. Not becasue they don't like MSFT but simply because the obvious bet must be that the stock goes nowhere from here. Best regards, L
