CSage, wrong again.
Time to get out the fingers and toes, I'm afraid, and do some real "DD", like reading this company's SEC filing.
In the October SB-2 filing, GONT said the count was "70,052,677 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of October 1, 1999." I believe 71,373,510 is a higher number, but don't trust me - do your own DD.
Are you claiming that GONT put the wrong amount in their filing?
I don't think GONT was lying about the count then, as that would be pretty stupid. I would define "quite a while" as more than a few weeks, but I guess with this stock, if they don't issue more shares in a given week, it's a miracle <g>
They said they were going to start pushing shares into the market, and that's exactly what they did.
They can't keep issuing over a million shares a month without it affecting the price. There are very few restricted shares, as the transfer agent will tell you. And as the SB-2 filing will tell you, the percentage of insider shares is low, and shrinking, since a number of insiders stated that they plan to dump their shares.
In fact, only 1,364,523 of the common shares are restricted, down from 2,676,523 in June: #reply-10149158 .
So, despite a lot of hype, there is no evidence of any "private placements" being done. Restricted shares are falling, not rising. |
