Ernest, thanks for dropping in. Perhaps you can comment on the significance of the recent acquisition. It seems like an old property that has significant reserves, but is perhaps a bit low grade. What agenda is redex following through the purchase, and where is that property leading us, at least in so far as managements expectations are concerned.
