Dipy, One other thing, as a long time holder of Microsoft shares, this concerns me not at all. In fact, it's only a tiny blip in the grand scope of things. I never at any point at all considered selling my shares in the greatest american company, the greatest money making machine devised by mankind.

What upsets me about this is the options I bought expressly for the earnings announcement. Microsoft came through with flying colors, a nickel over and great forward looking statement. But the Judge had to press release that minute, (and I mean literally) about his findings of "fact". It totally spoiled the play and cost me some money. The fact that I'm a supporter of Microsoft software, and against the basic tenets of the case does not help my feelings about all this.
