James, If you want ToySoldier's opinion on stocks---it is quite simple. Gold, Canadian junior mining companies like Bre-X. <g> Actually, Toy is pretty knowledgable--just does not like MSFT. I don't think any foreigners (like myself and Toy) should like Microsoft--a company that keeps the computer power in the US. So it was not just the DOJ/States that won--so did the many governments around the world. At least for Americans, the battle is not over. That is why i hold out hope for a reasonable settlement. It is in America's interest----unless they have been smoking all that stuff Klein/Clinton/Reno have.
