CSRE is on a nice run, and not too risky. The stock is barely trading over $$$$$ in the till. Restructuring is being well received by investors. CSRE benefits from lower US dollar value due to 50% of income derived overseas. Nice long term relationship with MSFT compliments the turnaround story. Y2K lawsuits is a potential negative.

One thing that stuck from your Annapolis session applies. Symmetry puts the stock at 5. Si? (Symmetry easily seen in simple Yahoo chart).
