Group as Dependent Contractor
Julius Csurgo, Chairman, CEO & Director of GLOBAL NET ENTERTAINMENT
CORP. is pleased to announce that the Company has hired Joyce Research Group
Inc. as a dependent contractor to provide investor relations services to the Company
for an initial period of five months. Joyce Research is a private Florida company that is
wholly owned by Terry Joyce Ritchie. The compensation payable to Joyce is cash of US$15,000 over a 5 month period.
Joyce will also be compensated by way of stock options. Joyce Research has extensive experience in investor relations
particularly in the United States. Joyce will work to raise the profile of the Company and act as a liason in providing Company
information to U.S. based stockbrokers, other sophisticated investors and the financial media.
The Company wishes to announce that, subject to regulatory acceptance, it has granted stock options to directors, officers and
employees of the Company in the amount of 316,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company, at a price of $0.66
