Hi Jim, from the little I saw tonight. Ches is in big trouble with their filing. It seems that info from 1994 is missing. Looks like O'shea is legit but it may be to much to get over. That being the case he has to find alternatives and that will not bode well for ches share holders. Oh well we will see. dave
