Jim, He said that the drug company deal was complete. It appears that it is not operational yet, but we know he has a deal with a UK company set to go. The Probity deal is in question. If I understood correctly it will not go through if ches is in the pinks. But he can buy the company some other way--- My biggest disappointment is in the fact that we may stay in the pinks. By his response it sounded to me like it was going to be like pulling a rabbit out of a hat to get the old information the SECV is looking for. Maybe others saw his response differently. I am sure he is trying.
