Quad-K, I think you are right that they will settle the case. They don't want something hanging over as a dark cloud for the launch of Windows2000. Furthermore, Windows2k is going to find its way to consumers in a couple of years to compete against Windows98---now that will get complicated!!! Windows2000 aka Windows NT is no monopoly.
