I'm an investor of Novell stock, and NT has been taking NetWare to the cleaners the past 3-4 years as its a better application NOS, but also because of MSFT clout. W2K will attempt to integrate all of these platforms even further

The MSFT is not going to make things any easier for Novell. MSFT has taken Netware to the cleaners even without any monopoly powers.

Also on another matter, MSFT might be getting ready to take a lot of big companies to the cleaners as well---sunw, oracle, ibm. I think they kept a low profile until the "facts" were released.
If they wanted to nail AOL, just reduce monthly MSN rates by $2 to $4 and that stock would tank. I believe they were being nice for a little while---Steve Case should send BG a thank you card. AOL stock went from 90 to 140s after the MSFT raise in monthly rates. If BG gets on a bit of mean streak, he could slash MSN subscriber rates.
AOL would be toast!
