[Market reaction to news]

<<< Think maybe some negative news would cause AMTX to get back to the
teens? Or wake up the street as to what there missing>>>

I've joked more than once with RC about bringing out bad news so the stock would go up. Black humor, indeed.

<<<One other thing. I saw a analyst say that the communication tech sector could be the first to rebound when the market turns around. They were the first to correct and maybe the first to recover.>>>

I've heard this, too, and was heartened when the guests on WSW unanimously said they'd be nibbling here. They were referring to the market in general, not just comm. stocks, but I feel any nibbling anywhere will help across the board.

Incidentally, a friend who does extremely detailed technical analysis sent me a trade-by-trade ledger for Friday and it's clear someone shorted at the start and then filled a large order in several segments in the last 40 minutes below 8.375. He also calculated how much the MMs made on the day and it was impressive.

I think we're swimming with the sharks. I've faced the real thing while diving and they seemed downright benevolent by comparison.

I'm considering running a convalescent home for wounded investors. At least I'm a darn good cook. . . . and can give Meryl Streep a run for her money when it comes to bedtime stories. :)

Cheers!

Pat
