Hope you are correct David. I like the sector and feel VIXL will catch up to its competition in time. How much time I am not willing to guess. It needs to clear $33 with strength before we see any real upward momo. I am tired of holding this puppy, but everytime I tire of holding a lagger and sell it rallies without me. NOT THIS TIME !!!
