The flaw with this logic is that when you start making rules and get away from a true free market competition - the rich have a way of manipulating the rules - either how they are made or implmented - and have the resources to outmaneuver them - a little guy does not. In a free market place a little guy can take on a big behemoth with a superior product - in a govt regulated industry - why even try?
