My letter to my Sen. Copy it, use it , send to friends!!
Dear Senator,
Small businessmen/women would appreciate your attention on the following S Bill 507. We would appreciate either a postponement or a negative vote.
Thanks for your consideration.

NOW S 507 - STEALTH LEGISLATION

The assault on the American Patent intensifies
next week. Our Legislators who are suspected of
being supported by Japanese endorsed Political Action
Committees (PACs) are moving with lightning speed.
Now the Senate has its own similar version, S 507,
that is quite similar to HR 400. The fast track
placed on the Senate bill along with the push for an
immediate House vote has enticed some to call it
stealth legislation, somewhat reminiscent of the
infamous Midnight Pay-raise. The vote in the House
of Representatives AND the Senate is now tentatively
April 17.

President Clinton is in favor of this anti-
patent legislation as it is one of the concessions
that he secretly made to the Japanese through the
late Ron Brown. If it passes both the House and the
Senate, he will sign it.
