I don't see how this can be spinned into a positive for softie- for their competitors, yes. YHOO definitely has a positive OBV divergence. I would expect it to rally soon, but ya never know. The MSFT ruling could be the pin that pricks the tech stock bubble- and a falling tide lowers all ships. I certainly wouldn't want to be long MSFT, MO or BA with all their legal problems. <ng>
