Bearded O.. Not having spent a lot of time on this thread, I am sorry I missed your earlier arguments. But it does surprise me that anyone thought: 1. That MSFT did NOT have monopoly power..(What the heck would a "real" monopoly be then?) 2. And that MSFT had not abused that power. But it looks like the judge has at least made that elementary conclusion, before we get into the serious aspects of the case....like remedies. Any way, good call tso
