MSFT decision is terrible policy. Monopolies reduce output while increasing price, take for example OPEC. MSFT has done the opposite. This is what you get when you have a totally corrupt administration trying to divert public interest from more important issues. This is all on topic - It will affect the market to some degree. I hope it shrugs it off.
