You are right except for the PERHAPS

Here is the US and THEM AGAIN

1 Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

Preaching of God's Word is the POWER of GOD... it is the MEANS but not the POWER the POWER is in fact GOD's SPIRIT.

No - God never told anyone to drag around a cross... He tells them to teach HIS WORD.

1 Corinthians 1:21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

I can't know WHO but look

Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

God's Word will do what He desires... some will be hardened some will be saved... but there will be no accidents.

NO not everyone that believes is saved.. the devil believes so what.

All who are saved by the power of God however do believe.

First: That the Bible is the Very Word of GOD.
Second: That they need Christ to save them and not they themselves
Third: That repentance is a real part of True Conversion.
Fourth: That good works are a fruit of salvation and not the means.

There is more but that is basic.
