Why is the DOJ not going after INTEL? They did go after Intel. Intel settled. They made concessions and agreed to do things differently. And it's no big deal. Microsoft might have settled, but decided that this process is better in the long run. I think they were wrong, but most of the stockholders on this thread have made it clear in the past months that they agree with that decision.
