RS - I think there is a good chance that MSFT would cool off the recent run of our favorite stock just by dragging down the entire market. Yes that is the big threat. Just when things were all going great. My guess is that Bill Gates will tough it out to the Supreme Court. My guess is that he'll lose there too, not becuase of any legal interepretation but because he is Bill Gates. I don't think they will care how much benenfit the World has had from MSFT or how MSFT is one of the few US companies that can beat even the Japanese in Japan. This seems tome to be about humbling Bill Gates in the final analysis. The damage that has been done today is incalculable IMHO. Best regards, L
